Photoshop problem
for some reason in adoobe photoshop i cant add text to the images any more. does anyone here know how to fix it???

describe what the process you go through when trying to add text...
check that the text color is not the same as the background. |

i select the type tool and the box shows up but theres no cursor in it justt that the upper left hand box blinks. then no type shows

I've looked through Photoshop's setting and can't find anything that would effect the text tool. I would try reinstalling the program in the event something has been corrupted.....

Click on the text tool. Then in the window you want to add text in, hold down your left click button and drag to create a box the approximate size you want. Then start typing.

going along with force_flow, check to make sure that the font size is not bigger than what it is that you are trying to fill in, b/c if it is, it will not show up

ok, after you make a text box, hit ctrl+a and knock the font size down to 10. Then start typing.
