which of these defrag better

I've got Norton speed disk is it better for defragging then the built in defrager for XP

I have read that using a third party program for defragging is faster than the Windows one.

I've used Speed Disk for years on several PCs and wouldn't use anything else.

I can't tell a difference with XP, but on Win98, Speed Disk was much faster
