Open your pocketbook for Photoshop Elements is my best suggestion since it's worth every penny.

Beyond that, I googled these:
http://www.photo-editor.net/
http://www.irfanview.com/
http://www.snapfish.com/photowizard/

I've never used any of them so I can't tell you how good, bad, or ugly they are.

Dave.

Give Irfanview a try. Very complete, small footprint, easy to use, and free!

Just what do you need the photo editor to do? Free ones don't let you do much. If you need one to correct color, brightness and contrast, then IrfanView might be all you need.

But if you're looking to do some serious image editing, then you'll have to open your wallet for a real photo editor. I understand Paint Shop Pro is pretty good. I've been looking at PhotoShop Elements, but haven't picked it up yet.

Microsoft Picture It Digital Image Pro is a excellent program. I don't know of any free ones that are worth while.
