I will be buying a program for pop ups and was wondering what is a good one.

You don't need to buy one, they are many excellent freewares out there. Both below are two excellent free programs.

The best one I have used is the free one from www.panicware.com called Popup Blocker.
There is also a free one with the Google tool bar www.google.com. I have used both and like the one from Panicware the best. Chas

Better yet, get a browser that gives you control over pop-ups and cookies, Mozilla. No need for third-party apps.
