Cool Microsoft Outlook problem...

I got a problem on the Microsoft Outlook (Internal email), i want to setup a Microsoft Outlook account for my colleague, but when i add the 'Personal folders', it prompt to searching the 'PST' file. This is a totally new PC with no Microsoft Outlook account setup before, how to i get the 'PST' file? Any reply are welcome, thanks.

the .pst file is all the information you have in Outlook (contacts, schedules, etc.). In XP it can be found in c:\documents and settings\the folder with your sign in name\application data\microsoft\outlook.
