an internet related question.
Ok, my friend using a program that relates the internet. I don't know what he did but they blocked his computer from logging into their server. What do you think they use to block his computer from their server. He tries my account on his comp and it also doesn't work, but whenever he tries his account on my comp it works. So do you think they use his IP address to identify his computer? How could I solve this problem?
Thanks |

What kind of server?
Does your friend have any firewalls up?

Perhaps they had a good reason for blocking him? Yes, it's not difficult to block an IP address.
He needs to deal with them through their webmaster or netadmin. . . . Gary |

We block IP's here all the time when we have to ban someone.
