Open Office users!!

Just wondering if any open Office users had trouble installing software. Software installs up till it registers components then gives a pop-up message stating: "sw645mi.dll unable to register component" , then "tk645mi.dll" , then "fwk645mi.dll", then "i18npool645mi.dll". When I click retry on each one, the message disappears but then pops up a error report screen asking if I want to send report to Open Office. Well I sent a report about 2 weeks ago and haven't heard back so I thought I'd try here. Any reasons these components won't register? Is there a setting in Win XP not allowing it?

P.S. running a fresh install of Win XP, I've installed Open Office on 5 computers with this CD and didn't have a problem with any. I've also tried the minimum install same result. I've also tried the repair option when you load the CD with Open Office already installed, same result. Thanks.
