My new site ...help.
www.LafayetteLAN.com
I want to put "Home Page" and "Forum" higher up so it is even with the middle of "Lafayette LAN". How do I do this?

Personally I wouldn't use frames since they always cause problems in various browsers.
Anyway, I reworked the top frame so that everything is in tables. If you don't know how to use tables, they are very handy to use for dynamic centering (meaing that everything will stay centered regardless of screen resolution).
