I had a program that we were playing that we finally figured out that was causing the same problem with our PC. It was actually the DOS version of Wheel of Fortune. We tried a new cmos battery and when that didn't help we started tracking it to that program...

If its on a domain, you can synch it to a server. Just put it on the login script for that particular computer. Otherwise, synch to the atomic clock.

Like ktkendall mentioned, try a new CMOS battery. Although, with it being that consistent, its probably not going to be the solution.

Thanks guys.
I'll begin with the CMOS battery, I have one here, and go on from there.
I'll post back results.

I've seen Norton System Works screw with the clock.

Here's a good shareware sync app:

Why not just use your XP to sync time? Doubleclick on the clock on the systray and click on the Internet Time tab.

Thanks guys.
I replaced the cmos battery and at the moment I'm using Atomic Clock.
I'm printing out this whole thread so that I'll have a number of solutions try when I need them.
Thanks for the heads up about System Works glc, I'll keep that one in mind.
