Outlook Express 6-Select Recipients

Hello,

I use Outlook Express 6. After creating a new message and want to pick an address from my Address Book i go on the top of the message window and click on ''To:'' and i have to ''Select Recipients''. Say i have a Folder called PCMechanic and in that folder i keep say 10 email addresses. The one i see before me in the ''Select Recipients'' window is the default one (of the PCMechanic folder) . But what if i would like some other email address that is in PCMechanic folder, not the default? Is there any easy way to pick it from the ''Select Recipients'' window? Instead of opening the PCMechanic folder and copy & paste etc.
