convert MP3s to WMAs and visa versa
how can i convert MP3 file to WMA files?

Personally, rather than do conversions to and from lossy and proprietary formats - I'd suggest copying the MP3 to CD as CD audio and then use WMP to rip the CD as a WMA. And something like CDEX to rip it back to MP3. However if you wish to do one step conversions you could use CDEX - http://cdexos.sourceforge.net/
