Printing from word perfect?
I don't have all the details, but, my son has purchased a HP computer with WPSuite 10 installed in the bundled software. The problem is that he can't print from WP. Printing is posibble from every other application eg. OE, IE, and Lotus 123, everything but WP10. I know from talking with him over the phone that the correct printer options show on screen when he asks to print a document, eg. Canon S520 on USB port, or if he tries moving it to the paralel port it shows that selection. The documents just won't print. He has contacted both HP, and Corel, with no success. Any ideas?

For one quick fix, if you usually have MS Outlook running, see if WP will print with Outlook off. This bug seems more common in WP 11 than 10, but it won't hurt to try it.

Make sure he's running the latest service pack (3, I think). Also, have him make sure that the right printer is selected as default in WP's print dialog box (Ctrl-P)

Two Rails, Thanks, He might have a problem with regards to the service pack. I should have mentioned that to him myself. His hard drive quit ,and was replaced under warranty. I'm willing to bet the service pack wasn't installed. He has only had the problem since he got it back.
