.PDF and .DOC don't open from browser.

Am I missing a setting in something so when I double click a pdf link or a .doc attachment the associated programs doesn't open (Acrobat Reader or Word)? Tried having Reader open and minamized-no go. Have IE 5/Reader 5/Zone Alarm.

Check to make sure that those types of files are associated with the correct application by doing the following:

*Double-click on 'My Computer'
*At the top, select 'Tools' and then 'Folder Options'
*A small window will open then select the 'File Types' tab
*Then scroll down to both file types to see which program they are associated with
*If not the correct one, click on the file type and the 'Change' button where you can select the program you want.
