Hi Guys Just a quick question on outlook express. When I receive a e-mail with a link in it and I double click the link I am not taken to the web page indicated in fact I go no wear at all. What do I need to turn on in order to enable me to go to web-links or other underlined web pages from my Outlook Express folder. Thanks in advance for your help.

Shane351,
Not sure what version of Outlook Express you are using and the operating system you have it installed on, but here is an article from the Microsoft website detailing a problem like you describe: http://support.microsoft.com/?kbid=256953 If that doesn't help, post here (along with the version of Outlook Express) and we'll look for another answer... Good luck, -LW [edit: fixed link] Last edited by LiVeWiRe; 03-12-2004 at 06:58 PM. |

Also take a look at the MS KB article, Internet Shortcuts in Outlook Express Do Not Start Web Browser. Scroll down to the section titled, "Resolving the second cause" and follow the instructions there.
