Outlook 2002 problem
Most of our PC's here at work are running Windows XP and Office XP. I have noticed lately that a few have developed a problem in Outlook. When receiving a mail message from an outside mail client (like Lotus Notes) it shows the mail to have an attachment (which it does not) and gives an OLE error when opening it. It says "An OLE registration error occurred. The program is not correctly installed. Please rerun Setup."
I have not been able to fix it, or find much usefull info on the net. This doesnt really affect performance (yet) but it definitely an annoyance. Chuck |

I have seen similar things with weird attachments from Lotus Notes. I found this MS Knowledge Base Article that deals with the problem in Outlook 2000. Do you have all of the hotfixes and SP's installed on Outlook?
