New Dell 8600 won't shut down properly
IT says a bunch of stuff like change video adapters (its a laptop) ad then it says to check for bios updates or change the setting to remove caching etc. Then below that it says:
STOP: 0x0000007E (0xC0000005, 0xF78B791, 0xF796EC0, 0xF796E6C0) kbdclass.sys - Address F78B7941 base at F78B7000, DateStamp 3d6ddad3 Does anyone know what that means? It is only preventing restarting or shutdown and another wierd thing is when it loads up it looks for a PBX connection??? |

kbdclass is the microsoft system file for keyboards. Does this mean I need to look for a driver for a keyboard even though the one that I use is attached to the laptop?

I don't have a clue why you would be using Logitech ITouch software..........or why you would even need it. |
