dumprep 0-k
Hi, I am running XP Pro with Internet Explorer and Outlook Express 6.0 After I had IE open like I always do, I clicked on Mail up at the top to open OE., when I did, the computer re-booted. After it started everything seemed ok and I was able to open OE with no problems. I then checked the startup items, and I found the following item DUMPREP O -K .
Checking Google tells me it had something to do with a memory dump. I then went into My computer, properties, advanced tab, startup and recovery, and at the bottom I changed something about a MEMORY DUMP OF 64 to NONE as I read somewhere else. What is this all about, is it something that I need to be concerned about ? It never happened before.

In the startup and recovery, you should disable restart on error so it will bluescreen instead of reboot - and you can read the bluescreen for clues to the problem.
