SVCD or VCD

Is it possible for me to make a SVCD or VCD using Music Videos ive downloaded? They are all MPEG. If it is, can someone walk me though making it using NERO.

What version of Nero, and are you using the standard Nero or the Nero Express interface?

Don't use Nero. It's encoder sucks.
Get TMPGEnc, and encode to SVCD (better quality than VCD).
Download it here and scroll down that page for all the guides and tutorials.
If the rips you have are already in mpeg format, you only need to use the mpeg tools portion of TMPGEnc and remux the files into SVCD format.
Hopefully they will be small enough to fit on a CDR, otherwise you will have to re-encode them.

Keep in mind that some DVD players cannot play SVCD.

If it won't play SVCD, you can remux the header as non-standard VCD, and they'll usually play in most dvd players, even the older ones, but imbest123 is right, some players won't play anything but store-bought dvd's.
