Unhappy Help with Outlook Express

I need some help with my Outlook Express e-mail program. Earlier today Outlook was working fine, I go back later to check for new e-mails and I get a few. Now when I try to veiw the e-mails they are all blank. Now all the old ones and every new one I get.... they are all blank and I can't see what any of them say. I thought I might have some virus, so I had Norton 2004 Pro scan my computer. Nothing found! What is going on?? Can anyone help me, as I really need to see some of these e-mails. Thanks!

8-Bit Master,

First of all, welcome to PC Mech!

Secondly, this is just a shot in the dark but you could check to see if the format of your email was changed. If it was, I'm not exactly sure how it was but if it has been changed, then this should get you back to 'normal'.

You should use "Western European (ISO)" for Encoding. Places to check this in OE
- Tools, Options, Send, International
- Tools, Options, Read, Font
- Tools, Options, Read, International

Good luck!

Thanks for the tip LiVeWiRe but that didn't work. Nothing was changed and it was still on European Windows ISO.

It must be something else. I am surfing the web looking for answers to this problem. Anyone else have a hint?? Also I can't veiw the messages in the preveiw pane either. The body is completely blank, but I can see the message subject and sender info. Help!!!!
