E-mail and Outlook Problem?

i use outlook to send e-mail with sevearl attachment. but everytime when i send an e-mail out. i receive the following error:

c=AU;a=;p=mye;o=GATEWAY;dda:SMTP=band@superl.com.hk';on 2/04/2004 11:53 AM
the content length of the message is too long for the recipent to take delivery
The MTS-ID of the original message is: c=AU;a=;p=mye;l=EMAIL01-040402033857Z-20180
MSEXCH:IMS:mye:GATEWAY:TETHYS 3903 (000B09AA) Message exceeds size limit.

Looks like the recipient has a size limit on messages that they are able to receive...how large are the attachments you are trying to send?

Also, you say every time you send an email out...do you mean every time you send one out with the attachments or any email (even with just a few lines of text)?
