Hope someone can work this one out 4 me:)

Right!!! , i have my Cover maker up and making a cover for an album , printer works when there is no picture there but as soon as i add a Jpeg to print ,the ink levels dissapear and it wont print , now it did work once in the last few weeks when i mananged to get a front cover printed (somehow) , i have reloaded my printer after removing it completely off my system , made no difference and it does this on every type of cover maker i put up , so it's not a specific software issue?.
If someone could help me out i would be amazed and in your debt.
Steve

I think you had better tell people what software (cover designer) you are using and what printer. Also is the printer connected via USB or parallel port?

USB and as i said various prog's all do the same thing , it is not a specific software prob as i wrote , it is a Epson C64 printer.
Cover pro ,CD label creator and Nero label.................the same thing happens on them all.....................

That's an inappropriate way to word a post here, please read the FAQ.

I'd say that nobody here does have an idea. Have you contacted Epson yet? Have you looked for newer printer drivers and utilities?
