Kazaa Lite K++ is Spyware free, but of course, it is not music only.

Try out Limewire or WinMX.

even though Kazaa Lite K++ isn't music only, i find its the best by far. of course, you cant download it anywhere anymore, except through regular Kazaa (then uninstall it). WinMX is okay too, but i prefer Kazaa Lite.
lol good ol' Canada

Actually justa search on google brings up pages of Kazaa dl's. This perhaps?

PS-Heard 2.4.1 is the best... not sure why but I don't see a need to argue

limewire seems good. Is it safe to use? It is peer to peer so people could put anything in it, thats the problem.(never had a p2p program before and im VERY paranoid about security)

Just make sure you have a good, up to date Anti-Virus program, and you should be fine.

If all you are doing is downloading MP3's then you should have nothing to worry about. I used to have Kazaa Lite for years and I never got a virus. In fact, I have never had a virus on any of my computers running AVG Anti-Virus.

Check out Zeropaid. They have any P2P app you might need. I prefer Overnet (or eMule), as the files on this service are just about always complete, and correct, not renamed, or incomplete like you sometimes get on K++.

i personally find that whenever i try to use emule, i end up on queues forever.
as for security, my Norton Antivirus has picked up everytime i have accidentally started to download something with a virus in it. Which is to say, they're out there (at least on Kazaa Lite), but you can be easily protected.
i think (and hope) its gonna take quite a while for them to change the law, since its such a controversial subject.
