MP3 to WMA
Hey anybody know of any good ways or programs to change mp3's to WMA format. I have one program called Power mp3 Wma converter and it converts it to WMA fine but its as if it only changes the title of it and doesn't make it any smaller. My MP3 player is supposed to hold 30 MP3 and 60 songs in WMA. But with the power converter program it doesn't change the size of it at all so its not really saving me any space. So does anybody know any programs that will work? Thanks for all the feedback.

I like CD-DA extractor...it can pretty much convert whatever you want and it can rip CDs too!
http://www.poikosoft.com/ You can go there to get the demo...which If I remember correctly has full functionality for 30 days or something like that. |

You might have to convert the mp3s to cda on disk. Then rip the CDS to wma with WMP.

the one i use is window media encoder! not a bad little thig!
the only reason that it isnt becommin a smaller file size because you have to change the bit rate that it records at! |

WMP offers to convert MP3 to WMA, not sure why you would want to do this though as you would lose even more clarity through the compression.
