Norton Antivirus Doesn't Load at Startup

Norton Antivirus Doesn't load at startup and gives me this error message and directs me to this support site - http://service1.symantec.com/SUPPORT...cument&src=_mi .

I've tried all of their solutions, but none of them have worked! Even when I uninstall and reinstall the problem still occurs. Is there anything else I can do?

When you uninstall it, did you get rid of all the folders and start-up items associated with it?
You also might want to install the free version of AVG and run it to make sure that you do not have a virus that disables Norton as part of it's payload.

Why install a AV just to check for a virus and then remove it? Jusr run housecall or panda activescan.

Get rid of NAV 2004. It's nothing but headaches. Use 2003 or something else.

Great Advice! My Norton always locks up. I've heard people recommending NOD32.
