Access Denied!

Im having this problem, i have 2 accounts on my windows xp computer, one for me the owner and one for the guests...
Now the problem is when you login to the guest.. it popsup small error things where it says access denied, the thing is i dont have anything strange that should start when you login.. the only things are.. norton, zonealarm and a popup stoper which all load there.. but i get like 30 popup windows that i have to close first...
How can i fix this ugly problem ?

And if its possible, how can i change what should start and what shouldnt in the guest login from the owner account ?

You can remove the guest account if you want. I know there is a workaround the login but I dont know it. As for those pop-ups try spybot and adaware.
www.safer-networking.org <--make sure not to use a european server to update, they will freeze the program.

Thanks but its nothing like that.
I learned though that some programs dont work under guest accounts.. i gave the other account full access though and changed it from there and then changed it back to less access..
so now it works fine
