Exclamation can't delete files/folders

i have a folder with videos in it, and i can't delete anything in it. It says it may be in use. If i make a new folder, and then try to delete it, it says it may be in use.

How the hell do i delete things in the folder?

Try restarting your computer and deleting your temp files. If you still can't delet them try running ad-aware and spybot search and destroy

If it's a file-sharing program's shared folder that may have something to do with it.

Same thing just happened with a winRAR file I made yesterday. Can't delete it no matter what I do, I tried rebooting several times, Ad-aware and Spybot scans too.

I had the same problem with movies I had on my computer... my solution was to go into COmmand Prompt and use the 'cd' command until I reached the file containing the movies, then type in 'del ***.avi', which should delete it no worries
