pc cillin question

sometimes when i am using the computer then all of a sudden a message will pop out saying no data base record. the top says pc-cilin. does anyone know what it means. i think it means that there is no updates for pc-cillin right now

I'm not familiar with that error. Try going HERE to TrendMicro's support page. Maybe you can get a hit in the knowledge database. They've been good with me about getting back with email responses as well.
