"Cannot Delete:IT is being used by another person or program" the thing is I never have anything running while I'm trying to delete it.......can anyone tell me a way to get rid of it ? |

Boot into Safe Mode using the F8 key on start up and see if you can delete it there.

My favourite way of getting rid of these files is doing this:
Go into command prompt, "cd" the file names until you reach the file containing the program you want to delete, then type "del" + the filename giving you trouble Works for me every time |

Another possible solution: do a google search for a program called MoveOnBoot, and use it to delete the files.
