Outlook Express Can't Send Mail
I keep getting this every few days. Anyone know what it means? I always have to reset my settings and smtp server.

This is more than likely an ISP problem, not a Norton one. Can you go to your ISP website and read/delete mail? Sometimes spam causes those errors, particularly if infected. Delete anything you don't want, and OE should download fine the next time you open it. Use the scan outgoing mail feature for security.

It worked yesterday and now its not. On my isp i can read and delete mail. There is no spam. I don't have the scan outgoing mail on. It still doesn't send. I sent a message through web help on my isp. Any other ideas.
