MS Office Bullet Point Problem

Hi Guys

For a while now, I have been experiencing a problem with MS Office 2003.

If I re-open a saved document, all of the bullet points which are in that document have all been changed to arrows pointing upwards. I then have to go in and change these bullets back again.

I know for a fact that the bullets which were orginally inserted were defualt.

The only thing I can think of is that i used the Insert Symbol tool to input a arrow and ever since then I have had problems.

The problem is mainly with Word, but I think there is also a slight problem in PowerPoint as well.

I have tried looking about for some default settings etc, but I cant find anything.

If anyone has any ideas, it would be very appreciated.

Thanks

Karl

See if there is a shortcut assigned to the arrow symbol in the Symbol dialog box. If so Delete it.

No, there is no shortcut assigned. Thanks for the idea though.
