Music Software
I have a friend that wants me to build him a computer. The hardware is the easy part. He wants to be able to take music tracks and add singing, kind of like karaoke. Then he wants to record them onto cd. He does kids shows (puppets) and wants to record the songs they do and give them to kids. He wants something user friendly, as he is not very computer literate. I have Nero Ultra Edition and I think that would work fine, but I am not sure. Anyone have any ideas for software?
And while I am asking what kind of sound card would I need? |

For the soundcard, an SB Live! or Live! Value would be fine. As for recording the songs, there's Adobe Audition (formerly Coll Edit Pro), Nero, and others.
