Desktop isn't up t par...

Hey,

I'm sure that you've all had many threads of this sort, but I was quite curious whether my computer would ever get any faster than it already it, or otherwise as fast as it used to be only months ago. About four months ago, I revitalized this computer - a Win98SE desktop from HP. I boosted memory from 128 SDRAM to 368 SDRAM. It now has a wireless PC 802.11b card in it, and a new AV - NOD32 AntiVirus System. After installing all that, it seems to have become a bit slower. I noticed a good chunk of speed being taken off when installing the Trend Micro's Pc-Cillin - something I am oblivious of how to uninstall completely. Any suggestions on how to make computer faster on startup? Any thoughts?

Thanks,
kram

Here's a link to some tweaks I've found helpful when I ran 98se.
