Programs you install with OS and drivers after a new build

What programs do you always install / think others should install, after OS and drivers? My list would start with the following, but what would you add?

BASIC TESTING
-------------------------
Prime95 to test everything before first real use
Memtest86
Mortherboard Monitor if you don't have a physical display

NEEDED PROGRAMS
-----------------------------
Anti-Virus - AVG Anti-Virus
Spyware Killer - SpyBot S & D
MSConfig replacement - TweakXP
Zip extractor - Winzip
FTP Program - FileZilla

NICE TO HAVES
--------------------------
AIM
WinAmp

After the build is proven to run good, I always remove any temp monitoring programs.

One standard type of stuff to add is like Acrotbat Reader and any other utilities you like to use. I like to install a few benchmark programs for testing new cards and drives.

I take it you include burner software as a "given."

Any security updates and Windows Updates in general are a good idea also.

I'm dumping burning software in the driver category as most all CD-RWs come with some copy of Nero or CD Creator or something. Acrobat, and Windows updates, kind of the same thing. Windows Updates are kind of a 'you just do it' kind of thing, and just about every webpage that has PDFs has a link to the reader, or some program will see you don't have it and ask you to install it. Flash, and Shokwave same thing. They will pop up as you need them.

7-Zip is also good for extracting archives.

OpenOffice for a free alternative to MS Office.

Real Alternative, so you don't have to put Real Player on your machine .

And don't forget F@H. Team #13761.

There are more I'm sure, but this is what came to mind at the moment.

Also make sure to have a firewall. If you don't have a router with one built in, and you don't have one already, check out ZoneAlarm.

The first program I install is Drive Image. I start making images up the wanko! If some installation goes bad, I just restore. I don't try to uninstall!
