Strange problem

argh this is my third time typing this message coz the computer has messed up in one way or another!!
Anyway..my brower was hijacked and I cleared the problem with Hijack this..it kept coming back..and i couldn't connect to the internet at all...I cleared it again but this time I deleted another file with it...the file name was the same as the file that had hijacked the brower(if this makes sense)..it was grand then for a little while...but now after about 10minutes I get cut off from the net..Hijack this doesn't pick anything up(that I can see anyway)...I use CWS shredder...and everytime it removes the same thing..
Also when I try to log off or shut down the computer...it either does nothing..just hangs there or it tells me the computer is locked and It gives my user name and I have to type in my password...
There's also something thats like using almost 100% of my CPU usage...it's a file avserve.exe...It's grand for a while and after about 10 minutes it starts using up all the CPU and the computer goes really slow.
Here is my most recent scan from HiJack this...

did you try adaware and spybot? Also you should install spyware guard and spyware blaster, those should keep your computer clean.
