Greetings workshop on XP

Hi!
I installed Greetings workshop on my PC.
My OS is XP Pro SP1 and when ever I try to run it gives me a message saying Sorry, I am having trouble with a database.
Can anyone help me.
Thanks!

sounds like a bad install or a software porblem.

I'd suspect it's not XP compatible, that's some pretty old software.

Hi

I have Greetings Workshop running on XP home. I did a quick search on MS forums & one of the Picture It MVP's suggested this MS KB article to someone having the same problem.

Good luck!

Greetings workshop

Hi - I have had Greetings Workshop for some time (several years) and I have a lot of stuff on it that I have been working on, and now I am getting the same message about the database and I can no longer access it. Did you ever find a solution - I am desperate.
