Going Remote
What software do you guys recommend for remotely servicing someone else’s computer. I need to do troubleshooting, updates and installs on remote PC's.

Windows XP comes with remote assistance already installed but both computers must be running windows XP for it to work.

Why XP pro? I have home and remote assistance and all they say is it needs to be win XP, it doesnt say anything about pro.

it's awesome; you can use telnet, file transfer, view screen, control comp, and use all the log on/off, restart, shutdown, and standby features in windows. I think that it runs on all versions of windows. |

ive just used remote assistance, that radmin looks cool though, im gonna try that later.
