Going Remote

What software do you guys recommend for remotely servicing someone else’s computer. I need to do troubleshooting, updates and installs on remote PC's.

Thanks

Windows XP comes with remote assistance already installed but both computers must be running windows XP for it to work.

Sorry if I am incorrect, I am pretty sure though that I read on the Microsoft website that to actually use remote assistance I think it is actually now that I think about it, the PC that U will be using to connect with has to be XP pro..
EDIT: I checked into it and I do stand corrected. Either I was thinking of something else or they have updated the use of remote assistance

Send a message via AIM to =uNiTy=
www.radmin.com

it's awesome; you can use telnet, file transfer, view screen, control comp, and use all the log on/off, restart, shutdown, and standby features in windows. I think that it runs on all versions of windows.
