Computer running slow
I belive my computer is running slow, and wondering how i can get to a program that allows me to control what programs load on start up. And any other tips on speeding up my computer.

start> run> type msconfig> startup
go here to see what the entries are if you dont know them http://www.sysinfo.org/startuplist.php also run spybot and adaware becaus spyware can slow down your computer www.safer-networking.org www.lavasoftusa.com What OS are you using? What are your system specs?
