Backup Playstation 1 game?

how to backup Playstation 1 game. what software is needed. i try to use nero 6.0 and use cd-copy to copy Playstation 1 game. but the playstation one game fail to read my backup Playstation 1 game. is there any good software that can back up Playstation 1 game. thank you

1 - This is not an easy task and not really worth it so beware. It's also infringes on copyright which makes it illegal.
2 - Get a CD burner (look up cd rewriter on Yahoo!).
3 - Get a software program like CDRwin (look it up).
4 - Get a copy of the game (rent it).
5 - Make a copy using CDRwin (just check the program's menu). You will require a CD recordable to perform this.
6 - In order to play the backup you need to get a mod-chip for your Playstation and have it installed (this is the most reliable way).
7 - After all this you will have probably spent $30 and used countless hours so you just might as well buy the actual game. If you did all these things you can go ahead and play the game.
