Outlook Express problem
Some of our new mails go to the Deleted Items folder and there are mails that we didn't receive at all. Our ISP told us to check the mailbox configuration but I see nothing wrong with it. It doesn't even have message rules and blocked sender list. What could be causing this problem?

To clarify:
- Are you saying that only some of the emails are going straight to the Deleted Items?? -Are the ones going there from the same sender/s -You're not receiving some emails at all... are they from the same senders?? It sounds like a filtering problem, go into options and check the settings |
