how do you migrate user settings for office from one machine to another?

Has anyone got an easy way to migrate office settings and customization from one pc to another. This is for the same version of office 2000 just replacing pc's as the lease runs out. Outlook rules and customization getting moved would make the people I deal with much happier thus making my life better, but I have found no easy way to do this. Operating system is Windows 2000. Thanks for your suggestions.

For Outlook rules migration, look here.

Many Word customations are stored in a file called "normal.dot."
