this time i'm DONE

just caught some kinda virus on my pc.
it wont let me get on the internet. when i double-click IE nothing comes up. it just ignores me.
my photoshop cs, wouldn't load too
tried to launch my ad-aware and it keeps freezing
tried navigating around my zonealarm and it freezes too
now, that's not whats realy pissing me off. the thing is, i ctrl alt delete and end these frozen programs but they just ignore me and stay frozen.
even when my zonelarm is not frozen, i still have some pop-ups
i tried 2 system restores and still no show.
i've gone in and searched my hard drive for any suspicious files and deleted thjem..........at least the ones i found.
to top it all off i got the dreaded blue screen twice
anybody got some tips??? before i completely trash everything and reload the os

thanks, i noticed. as u can see i'm new here. i just read one of the posts in this forum and someone who had similar questions to mine was told this is the wrong forum and redirected him to the other one, so that's what i did. i just saw your reply in the other thread. thanks alot
