unable to install xp-plus

Hello, I have xp home. I tried to install xp-plus and got an error. "Error 1904. Module C:\program files\common files\microsoft shared\microsoft plus!\pluswiz.dll failed to register. HRESULT-2147221164. Contact your support personnel."
Does anyone have any idea what this all means? thank you.

Thank you glc, it is nice to know I am not alone with this problem. I returned xp-plus to the store. It seems strange to me that there would be a problem like this with a product as common as xp-plus and microsoft would not do anything about it. I am considering buying it back and trying again. The issue for me with that is, how difficult is it to call microsoft and get to talk to some one? It seems like a lot of red tape to me. Feed back on this would be welcome. I wonder if alcazar1966 ever got xp-plus installed.
