Bluetooth conflicts with WiFi?
Having just got a bluetooth enabled cell phone, i decided to get a bluetooth dongle for my laptop for synchronization functions instead of the cable connection. Browsing online for bluetooth dongles, i realised most if not all work on the 2.4 GHz frequency. The problem is that both my WAP and my cordless phone operate on that frequency and it was quite tricky to get them both to wrok simultaneously without losing the signal on either.
So my concern was whether or not this should be an issue to worry about, especially that i plan to use a bluetooth headset for voice chatting. |

good read: BT vs 802.11b/g & Cordless phones vs 802.11b/g.
Personally, I have never had a noticeable impact on my wifi because of BT. |

OK, the articles are quite reassuring that bluetooth won't be any trouble as long as it only for synchronising phones etc..
Thanks |
