Latitude CPi Crash
The hard drive on the Latitude CPi crashed and has no response. The drive is a IBM Travelstar 6GN. I have a few questions.
1. Do they still make this drive? 2. The drive is removed from the side of the case and appears to be in a "tray". Do you remove the drive from the tray by removing the screws and sliding in back? 3. Is there a subsitute drive available if this is not made any more? 4. I have seen some used drives on the net - are they worth buying? Old Timer

Travelstar is now made by Hitachi. Newegg has 20gig Travelstars that might work.
2: Yes 4: Buying a used drive is a crap shoot.
