anyone familiar with this model. intel centrino, operates at 1.6ghz. 512 ram. 60gb. wireless 802.11 burns cd and dvd. i am not familiar with toshiba notebooks. anyone familiar with their support. thanks

Toshiba's support is apparently inconsistent, but you may never have to deal with them because their laptops are very solid and reliable. Check for Toshiba Authorized Repair Centers near you; if there is one close to you, you could probably just take the laptop straight there for in-warranty repairs. My brother had a problem with his screen on his Toshiba M35, and so we just took it to a repair center about 25 minutes from our house.
