Flash based mp3 player

My brother is looking for a mp3 player for Christmas. He said he wants one that uses flash memory, instead of a hard-drive based mp3 player (like my zen xtra 40gb). Was looking around and wasn't sure what was good price/brand/capacity for flash players. If you could let me know some good ones =/< $150USD, again with as much capacity as possible.

The Ipod Nano or Shuffle or the now defunct Mini are all flash memory based MP3 players and are pretty much the front runners in the MP3 sweepstakes. The Best buy site will allow you to select and look at MP3 players based on HD or Flash players here: http://www.bestbuy.com/site/olspage....cat63100050013

I've seen a number of inexepensive flash-based players in the electronics sections of walmart and target, so you may want to take a look to see what they have available there.

The Mini actually used CompactFlash-sized hard drives.

I've heard good things about the Creative Muvo TX FM (that's the 1 GB model). It features a display and an FM tuner, and can be used as a USB memory key. I can't recommend the iPod shuffle -- it just doesn't have enough features to make it worthwhile. The Nano is out of your price range.

Ya the creative looks nice, didn't have any real problems with my zen xtra, but I was looking for one with a built in lithium ion battery. I was thinking about this one.
