which pocessor?

what is the best processor to get.
I will be watching movies, gaming, surfing, and burning cd/dvd's.
I will upgrade the vid card and want good battery life.

First off, is this for a new computer, or are you upgrading? If upgrading, to help you, we'd need to know the socket type, and price range. If new, could you provide us a overall price range.

weremonkey, this is the mobile forum, so I assume this is for a laptop - upgrading is not applicable.

Chappy, I prefer the Pentium-M. It is an excellent performer and battery life is usually outstanding.
