I have an emachine M5105 notebook that i would like to add memory to the factory installed 256mb.location, but i can`t seem to be able to figure out how to crack open the case to get at it.Would anyone know if this stick of memory installed by emachine is soldered in or if it uses a removable stick socket?I`ve already added 512 of memory in the customer accessable socket and would like to get at the installed memory to upgraded it.Emachine tells me that this machine will handle 1gb. of memory but won`t advise me on how to get at the factory 256 stick.Any ideas?,Thnx!!!!

That cannot be done. There is only one slot, what's on the motherboard is what's there. 768 is all yours will take total.
