I could use a little help tweaking my Cingular wireless connection. I'm using an Erickson GC-83 running on windows xp pro. Had some issues with windows and lsass.exe error but that seems to be solved with updating XP. But I still seem to be experiencing erratic conection speeds even though my signal strength is adequate (not less than 50% if you can beileve the bars!)
At testmy.net my download speeds run anywhere from 60k to 1.2 meg with no consistency. Is this sort of thru-put to be expected or is there something I can do to get a more consistent connection speed?
