Game Freeze
Ok, so im running a Dell Inspiron 9100 w/ a intel pentium 4 3.0GHz Pros w/ 512MB RAM, Windows XP Pro w/ Service pack 2. my Graphics card is an ATI Mobility Radeon 9700. and here is my prob.
It keeps locking up while im playing games, it first started after i installed Starwars empre at war. I thought it was due to over heating so I dulled down the graphics and did a pretty through job of blowing all the dust out with some compressed air. That really didnt seem to help much, It is also happening with a bunch of my other games. BF 1942 freezes up constantly. I dont believe that its a graphics card issue because WOW rarely freezes while ive had Starcraft freeze on me mid game. Please help, as im sure you all know, there is nothing worse than being deep into a game and have it freeze on you (especialy when you are playing your friends online)
